Our Policies

To ensure the best experience and safety for all involved, we would like to arrange a meet and greet between your dog and ours before you book. This meeting will help us assess their compatibility and ensure a harmonious environment.

The meet and greet allows us to observe their interactions and address any concerns that may arise. It's a crucial step in ensuring that both dogs feel comfortable and safe.

We require up-to-date vaccinations and health records to prevent the spread of illness.

With the exception of puppies all dogs are required to be spayed or neutered.

To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due on the day of drop-off.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations for a full refund. If proper notice is not provided, the deposit for your booking will be forfeited.

If your pet is picked up late, the additional fees must be paid at pick-up time.

Methods of payment are E-Transfer or cash.
